北京華夏科創(chuàng)儀器股份有限公司成立于2001年，注冊(cè)資本5000萬元，是中國儀器儀表行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)分析儀器分會(huì)副理事長單位和中國分析測(cè)試協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員單位。

2008年在浙江設(shè)立全資子公司—浙江譜創(chuàng)儀器有限公司 ，同時(shí)也是浙江清華長三角研究院測(cè)試技術(shù)及科學(xué)儀器研究中心的產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地。2012年，與德國西門子公司成立合資企業(yè)—譜創(chuàng)（上海）儀器有限公司，融合西門子的“開放式創(chuàng)新”，共同合作研發(fā)全球應(yīng)用的工業(yè)過程分析儀器。
